Summer activities
Walking, riding a bike or moving on horseback in the region called the "Green Lung of Europe”. Cipriani Park Hotel is situated between Rivisondoli, Roccaraso and Pescocostanzo, an area located between the Maiella National Park and the National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise.
In our area, summers are cool and sunny, the ideal climate for exploring nature and sleeping well.

Excursions
Numerous associations and groups organise excursions in the area - not just in the greenery, but also to villages rich in culture and flavours. Trekking or walking trails, at all hours of the day, to avoid missing even a moment of Abruzzo.
Cycle paths
Those who love to move around by bicycle will find cycle paths that start right here at the Cipriani Park Hotel. We also have bicycles for our guests to use free of charge. The Rivisondoli Bike Park is a few kilometres away and is excellent for practicing or for starting children and teenagers on the most difficult routes.
Horseback riding
Horse riding enthusiasts will find horse trails dedicated both to the more experienced and to all those who want to travel through nature, sitting on a saddle. The Cipriani Park Hotel is 13 km from the Bosco di Sant’Antonio, where the Equiseff riding facility is located, and 8 km from Pietransieri, where the Il Castellaccio riding facility is located.
Nordic Walking
Nordic Walking makes you move 90% of the muscles in your body. It is an activity that will allow you to do some sport and, at the same time, discover fantastic places. You can walk from the Cipriani Park Hotel to Monte Calvario, with its splendid paths that connect Rivisondoli to Pescocostanzo. There are also the Roccaraso Pinewood, Campetto degli Alpini and the areas of Aremogna and Pizzalto, just 8 km from the Cipriani Park Hotel.
Golf
Playing golf at 1320 metres above sea level, surrounded by the green Abruzzo Apennines, is an experience worth trying. The Golf Club is in Rivisondoli, with 12 teeing positions dedicated to teaching. Advanced-level players will find a 3-hole course, with water obstacles and bunkers.
Climbing
Challenge the dizziness, climbing higher and higher: in Roccaraso, the vertical climbing walls replicate those of the rocky mountains, allowing you to have fun safely and train for the highest peaks.
Adventure Park
Reconnecting with nature and walking among the trees: in the locality of Ombrellone di Roccaraso, the adventure park offers adults and children a chance to move while suspended between the pine trees.
Archery
Holidays are an opportunity to try new activities, one of those that we normally only observe from afar. Archery, for example, is an ancient discipline that you can try your hand at between Rivisondoli and Roccaraso, or, if you are already an enthusiast, you can get some practice surrounded by nature.
